Why can't I create a profile?
Sorry -- users under age 18 are not allowed to create a profile. If you're 14 or older, you can register to comment and vote, but you won't be able to post a profile or win anything. If you're 13 and under, you're not allowed to register or to create a profile. Go read a book. Go outside and play.
Where can I find details about the contest?
The Virtual Rush site is already working, so we encourage you to start building your profile and making friends. The actual contest starts July 9, 2007, the day "Greek" premieres on ABC Family. Complete contest rules will be available online soon. Keep checking this site for details, or sign up for our newsletter to be notified via email.

Can I switch houses in mid-Rush?
Yes, you can. But you'll lose all the friends and votes you made in your old house and have to find new ones in the new house.
Can I maintain more than one profile in Virtual Rush?
You can maintain multiple profiles, but if you do, you will not be eligible to win any prizes. And we reserve the right to call you "Sybil."
I've uploaded a video but don't see it yet.
For your protection -- and to make sure a couple losers don't harsh everybody else's mellow -- we review all videos before they go live on this site. What we may lose in immediacy, you gain in quality of experience. As soon as your video is approved, you'll see it. Promise.

How can I change my account information?
To make any significant changes to your account information, such as updating your e-mail address, please send an email containing your username, password and desired changes to student.services@virtualrush.com.

We welcome your bright ideas. Send an email to feedback@virtualrush.com. Don't hold your breath.
What kind of content can I upload?
Great question. You can post pretty much anything that doesn't violate our guidelines. In general, that means pics, videos, and comments that contain no nudity, sexual content, copyright violations, or images of inappropriate gestures (such as flipping the bird or mooning). Save that stuff for real life.
Okay, I messed up and posted something inappropriate. Am I booted for good?
Like any college worth its alumni donations, we review all infractions on a case-by-case basis. But most likely, yeah -- one mistake and you're toast. So don't blow it.
Registration
I'm registered on another Disney-affiliated website. Do I still need to register here?
If you want to participate in Virtual Rush, you have to be in it to win it, as our lottery-playing pals say. So the answer is yes, you have to register here. That's how you start building an identity in Virtual Rush.

If this is an "ABC Family" site, why must I be 14+ to register and 18+ to post a profile?
ABC Family is a New Kind Of Family. Even so, this website is all about a simulated college experience, which includes many issues and concerns of a mature or at least semi-mature nature.
